Hello! I’m Basesh Gala, the Founder and Chairman of 39 Solutions Group and a dedicated business consultant. I focus on mentoring and hand-holding entrepreneurs and business owners, guiding them through challenges and empowering them to achieve business growth.
Studying at an international school, I always imagined building a successful life abroad. But after returning home, I saw my family, especially my father, struggling and facing challenges in their business. Their hard work and sacrifices were undeniable, but they lacked the guidance to achieve true growth. That realization changed everything for me—I felt a deep responsibility to help. I chose to return to Mumbai, determined to become the best business coach I could be, so I could help transform our family business from surviving to thriving, motivated by their strength, I returned with a new purpose.
Their strength inspired me to create 39 Solutions Group, with five key parts: RiSE for training, BiZMurli for growth, Kuber for investments, AARIVAYU for wellness, and the 39S Foundation to help underprivileged children. Each part honors the strength that brought me back home.
Even with my successes, I faced heartbreaking moments, like when I invested in a startup that failed. I felt crushed and lost, questioning everything I had worked for. But through that pain, I learned that failure isn’t the end; it’s an opportunity to grow and rise again. This experience touched my heart and deepened my understanding of resilience, igniting a fire in me to help others overcome their struggles and achieve their dreams.
Through 39 Solutions, My Mission is With You For Success. I’ve had the privilege of mentoring over 1,500 organizations and touching the lives of more than 500,000 people. Each story I encounter reinforces my belief in the incredible power of guidance and support. While I’ve been honored with awards, including the Dr. Kalam President Award of India, my greatest joy comes from witnessing the success of others. Their achievements fill my heart with pride and remind me why I started this journey in the first place.
